ATTENTION PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF STUDENT ATHLETES:
PIAA rules state that the pre-participation physical examination for fall sports shall not be performed earlier than June 1st and shall be effective, regardless of when performed during the school year, until the NEXT May 31st. Our physical forms are called CIPPE Forms (Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Exam).
Deadlines for CIPPE Forms and $10.00 Participation fee for the 2011-12 School Year:
Fall Sports (Begin August 15th) – Deadline is 3:00pm August 10th
Winter Sports (Begin November 18th) – Deadline is 3:00pm November 15th
Spring Sports (Begin March 5th) – Deadline is 3:00pm Feb 29th
Deadlines will be strictly enforced!
Students will NOT be permitted to practice on the first day if the deadline is missed.
A mandatory 24 hour processing period will be enforced for any forms handed in after the start of the season. No students will be able to participate until forms are processed.
