Bid requests are in a PDF format. If you would like to enter your data electronically you may do so with Adobe Software.
PLEASE NOTE: You must have Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.0 in order to save the data.
If you only have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can enter your data electronically but you are unable to save your progress. You can still enter your data if it is all at one time. Otherwise, you will need to print each page as you go.
REMEMBER YOU CAN NOT SAVE YOUR PROGRESS UNLESS YOU HAVE ACROBAT PRO. You can also simply print out the forms and enter your data manually.
