    The goal of my class is to empower all students to sustain regular, lifelong physical activity as a foundation for a healthy, productive and fulfilling life.

     

    This curriculum goal is reached by exposing students to a wide array of aerobic and anaerobic activities that will allow them a venue to pursue a lifelong commitment to activity. Some of the activities covered are listed below.
