    A little about me...
My name is Kayla Borosky and I'm a 2001 graduate of Somerset Area School District.  I have received my Art Certification from California University of Pennsylvania and Carlow College in 2005.  I, also, have received my Masters in School Administration and K-12 Principal Certification through California University of Pennsylvania.  I was hired at Somerset in 2006.  I taught K-3 for Somerset and now have moved up to the middle school and truly enjoy it!  I am the National Junior Honor Society advisor, along with my co-advisor, Mrs. Heather Custer .   I'm, also, on the school's Musical committee.  I help design the set, props, and overall production of the backgrounds with our othe art teachers.   During the winter months, I am the Ski Club advisor.  Outside of school, I teach a variety of art classes at Laurel Arts Dressler Center, teach painting classes for "An Event Project" in uptown Somerset, create re-purposed vintage jewelry "Salt & Vinegar Charms", set design for the "Haunted Hayloft" in Rockwood and teach at the Boys and Girls Club in Somerset for their after school program.  I enjoy being involved in community events that benefit the arts in our area!   If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email at kboros@sasd.us
