Mr. Benton's AP Chemistry Class and Mrs. Brougher's AP Environmental Science class took a trip to the Conemaugh Generating Station to learn all about the science of energy generation. This coal fired plant gives students a fantastic opportunity to discuss principles of chemistry, environmental impact and environmental controls, and the future of our power grid.
