Members of the 6th grade FOR club are spreading kindness each and every day! In order to make the Junior High School a warm and welcoming environment, the club members designed, painted, and decorated the lobby with a theme of "Kindness is Cool!" The FOR (Friends of Rachel) Club is a student club dedicated to making a positive impact, committed to create and sustain a culture of compassion within their school community. It was inspired by Rachel Joy Scott who died in the Columbine school shooting.
Students in Mr. Harrold’s FFA Program had an opportunity to participate in a boater safety class this week. Students are preparing to stock fish via boat in the Spring and will be well prepared to do so safely thanks to Mr. Harrold and the dedicated folks at the PA Fish and Boat Commission. Students received instruction and then took an exam to obtain their boater safety certification. Well done Golden Eagles
Honor Roll Published for Quarter 2
The Golden Eagle Wrestlers took a moment at Tuesdays match to honor their teachers. We're so proud of these scholar-athletes and the wonderful faculty who invest in them each day!
Members of the Senior Class presented "Too Many Detectives at the Murder Mansion" on Friday. The performance was held for our student body and again for the general public. Well done Seniors!

This banner will be displayed in uptown Somerset in honor of a Veteran.
